Intenso perfil de fruta verde. En boca tiene un picante y amargo, con una dulzura apreciable y una astringencia clara. Aromas secundarios de tipo vegetal, con connotaciones tanto de pastos como de hojas y hierbas (alcachofa, tomate) o almendra, así como notas de nogal claras y almendra en la boca.
El complejo es aroma potente y muy rico.
